Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design services for a new four-story, 20-unit mixed-use residential building located in Salem, Massachusetts. Kundlas delivered an all‑electric HVAC strategy using VRF heat pumps and DOAS/ERV systems, coordinated electrical service and metering provisions for residential and commercial occupancies, and designed plumbing systems supporting residential units and future commercial tenant fit-out. Kundlas incorporated future utility stubs and code-compliant provisions to support flexible retail configurations while optimizing energy performance, indoor air quality, and long-term maintainability.
