Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided comprehensive project management and construction management services for the exterior façade restoration and full roofing replacement at West Brighton Plaza, a multi-building residential complex under active occupancy. Kundlas managed day-to-day field operations and served as the primary coordination point between the owner, design team, contractors, and inspection authorities to ensure successful execution of capital improvement work. Responsibilities included detailed trade coordination for masonry restoration, façade repairs, and roofing replacement activities; development and monitoring of project schedules; review and processing of contractor submittals; and evaluation of contractor pay applications and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance with contract requirements. Kundlas performed routine QA/QC field inspections to verify conformance with approved plans, specifications, and NYCHA capital construction standards, and documented progress through field reports, photographs, and issue tracking logs. Through proactive schedule control, field coordination, and quality assurance oversight, Kundlas helped maintain construction progress, minimize disruptions to residents, and ensure durable restoration of building envelopes and roofing systems in accordance with long-term asset preservation objectives.
