Girls Inc – School Rehabilitation

Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided comprehensive MEP assessment and design for rehabilitation of the Girls Inc. facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. The work modernized legacy HVAC, ventilation, electrical, and plumbing systems to meet code requirements and improve performance. Kundlas designed ducted split systems, ERV ventilation, hydronic heating upgrades, kitchen exhaust, electrical improvements, and plumbing replacements while leveraging existing infrastructure to reduce cost and construction impact.
