Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided construction management for fire escape repair and rehabilitation on occupied residential buildings. The work involved life-safety-critical structural improvements requiring strict QA/QC, safety oversight, and trade coordination. Kundlas managed field activities, reviewed submittals, verified steel components, monitored installation, and inspected welds, anchorage, and corrosion protection.
