Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided construction management services for structural steel fire escape repair and rehabilitation work on occupied residential buildings. Kundlas managed daily field activities and coordinated closely with structural steel fabricators, delivery crews, and installation teams to ensure proper sequencing of work, material compliance, and adherence to engineered repair details. Responsibilities included review and tracking of contractor submittals, verification of steel components against approved shop drawings, and oversight of installation procedures to confirm conformance with structural and building code requirements. Kundlas performed routine QA/QC inspections to assess weld quality, anchorage installation, corrosion protection measures, and overall constructability of the fire escape assemblies.
