Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group served as a key subcontractor under AECOM’s FEMA Consolidated Resource Centers Support contract, helping deliver advisory and program management services for FEMA’s Public Assistance grant program. The team provided technical expertise, quality assurance, and data management to validate and review disaster-damaged infrastructure projects. This work improved the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of grant processing while supporting underserved communities and strengthening resilience nationwide.
