Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group served as a key subcontractor under AECOM’s FEMA Consolidated Resource Centers (CRC) Support contract, awarded on June 3, 2024, to provide advisory and program management services across FEMA’s four CRCs. Our team supported FEMA’s Public Assistance (PA) grant program, focused on repairing and replacing public infrastructure damaged by catastrophic disasters. We delivered technical expertise, quality assurance, and data management to validate, consolidate, and review infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient, precise, and transparent grant processing. Our work prioritized equity, providing critical support to underserved communities and enhancing community resilience nationwide.
