Exterior Brickwork at Redfern Houses

Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided construction management for exterior brickwork repair and restoration at the occupied Redfern Houses public housing complex. Services included coordinating contractors, scaffolding crews, and suppliers; managing schedules, costs, submittals, and change items; and performing QA/QC inspections of masonry, flashing, sealants, and workmanship. Kundlas also oversaw safety compliance, including fall protection, scaffolding, and pedestrian safeguards, to maintain resident access and meet NYCHA standards.
