Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided MEP design for the Cardullo’s Gourmet Shoppe tenant fit-out in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. Services included designing HVAC, kitchen exhaust, make-up air, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems for a gourmet grocery and commercial kitchen. Kundlas coordinated refrigeration, lighting, food service fixtures, floor drains, and dedicated power systems to support safe, efficient, and code-compliant retail and kitchen operations.
