Boston Urban Market – Retail Tenant Fit-Out

Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided MEP design for the Boston Urban Market tenant fit-out within the EQR Alcott mixed-use complex. Services included evaluating base building systems, designing HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, electrical distribution, and plumbing connections, and integrating a 20-ton water-source heat pump strategy. The design delivered a flexible, code-compliant retail space ready for tenant build-out and long-term operation, in compliance with Massachusetts building, mechanical, plumbing, energy, and NFPA codes.
