Sobia Maqbool serves as Compliance, Governance & Enterprise Systems Lead at Kundlas Consulting Group, where she leads internal controls, documentation governance, and enterprise workflow standardization across the organization.
As a senior member of the Business Operations Unit (BOU), she plays a critical role in strengthening operational compliance and supporting scalable program delivery. With a strong academic background in commerce and finance, combined with her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Ms. Maqbool oversees structured documentation control, policy alignment, process integrity, and internal systems coordination. Her leadership supports compliance across federally funded programs, grant-supported initiatives, and mission-critical project environments.
Ms. Maqbool directs enterprise-level administrative frameworks including contract documentation management, internal audit readiness preparation, financial documentation coordination, and workflow optimization. She works closely with executive leadership to ensure that operational systems are aligned with federal standards, grant compliance requirements, and organizational growth objectives.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) and a Master of Commerce, with academic training in accounting, taxation, auditing, corporate law, cost management, financial statement analysis, and business governance. Her combined expertise in finance and project management strengthens Kundlas’ ability to maintain disciplined internal controls while supporting rapid deployment and expansion.
