Kiran Kaur Kundlas serves as Healthcare Programs Lead and Director of Healthcare Infrastructure & Grants at Kundlas Consulting Group, where she leads the firm’s healthcare-focused disaster recovery, resilience, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

In this leadership role, Ms. Kundlas oversees healthcare-related grant development, program coordination, compliance tracking, and operational support for projects involving hospitals, clinics, critical care facilities, and public health infrastructure. She works at the intersection of healthcare facility operations, federally funded recovery programs, and construction implementation support, ensuring that healthcare-focused projects are organized, compliant, and positioned for successful funding and execution.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ms. Kundlas has supported FEMA-funded disaster recovery initiatives in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, coordinating documentation, grant tracking, and operational workflows for healthcare and critical facility projects. Her experience includes internal systems management, compliance documentation, and cross-functional coordination within large-scale recovery environments.

As Healthcare Programs Lead, she oversees the coordination of healthcare infrastructure initiatives, supporting grant development, stakeholder engagement, regulatory alignment, and collaboration between engineering, construction, and grants teams.
