Insha Wani serves as the Federal Reporting & Program Controls Lead at Kundlas Consulting Group, where she leads structured reporting systems, compliance tracking frameworks, and documentation controls that support federally funded and mission-critical programs.
With more than six years of experience in process-driven environments, Ms. Wani specializes in federal documentation standards, program reporting coordination, workflow governance, and internal control alignment. She plays a critical leadership role in ensuring that project records, grant documentation, and operational reporting meet the rigorous requirements of FEMA, federal agencies, and state-administered programs.
As a senior member of the Business Operations Unit (BOU), Ms. Wani oversees reporting protocols, document lifecycle management, version control systems, and cross-functional coordination between engineering, construction management, and grants management teams. Her leadership strengthens Kundlas’ ability to deliver compliant, defensible, and audit-ready program outcomes.
Ms. Wani holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Education, equipping her with strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and structured coordination expertise in complex program environments. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), underscoring her systems-driven and process-oriented leadership approach.
