Mr. Gazee Afzal Wani serves as a Project Manager and Global Team Lead within Kundlas Consulting Group’s Business Operations Unit (BOU) and is a key member of Kundlas Nexus™, supporting the coordinated delivery of mission-driven programs. He brings more than five years of professional experience spanning technical education, global workforce operations, and certified project leadership, with a strong focus on structured execution, team coordination, and operational efficiency.
At Kundlas, Mr. Wani supports project delivery and global team leadership across federally funded and mission-critical initiatives. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), he applies globally recognized project management standards to support planning, coordination, documentation control, and schedule management. He also maintains a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) credential, enabling him to support recovery, resilience, and hazard mitigation programs with an understanding of regulatory and floodplain management requirements.
Mr. Wani is recognized for his disciplined leadership style, adaptability, and commitment to continuous improvement. In his dual role as Project Manager and Global Team Lead, he plays a key role in aligning global resources, supporting operational excellence, and strengthening Kundlas’ ability to deliver compliant, scalable, and mission-ready outcomes.
