Aman Muskeen serves as the Director and Lead of Kundlas Nexus™ , the firm’s integrated digital, data, and systems platform that enables mission-ready execution across disaster recovery, engineering, grants management, and federal programs. In this role, Mr. Muskeen is responsible for shaping and overseeing the technology backbone that supports Kundlas’ rapid deployment model, internal operations, and client-facing program delivery.
Mr. Muskeen is a seasoned IT project manager and data professional with deep experience aligning technology, process, and project delivery within complex consulting and government-support environments. He leads the design and implementation of scalable systems, workflows, and analytics solutions that ensure Kundlas teams operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with federal and state program requirements.
As the head of Kundlas Nexus™ , Mr. Muskeen drives platform development supporting project controls, reporting, data integration, and business intelligence. His work enables real-time visibility into program performance, enhances compliance and audit readiness, and supports informed decision-making across mission-critical engagements. He also plays a key role in capture and business development support, contributing to solution architecture, technical narratives, and internal tools that strengthen Kundlas’ competitiveness on federal and state procurements.
Mr. Muskeen’s technical expertise includes Python, SQL, and R, with hands-on experience developing data pipelines, cloud-based solutions, and analytics dashboards that translate complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and project teams. His background bridges IT operations and strategic delivery, making him a critical connector between technology and mission outcomes.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from CUNY Baruch College and maintains multiple professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Alteryx Designer Core Certification, and CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+).
