Overview

Kundlas Consulting Group LLC provided full MEP design for Eden West, a four-story, 36-unit apartment building in Provincetown, Massachusetts. The all-electric design aligned with Massachusetts electrification goals and AEC eligibility, integrating ducted VRF with hyper-heat heat pumps, energy recovery ventilation, and coordinated electrical and plumbing systems. The result was a fossil fuel-free, high-efficiency building that improved air quality, reduced energy use, enhanced tenant comfort, and supported long-term reliability and maintainability.
