Sean Marshan serves as the Director of Architectural Design & Building Envelope at Kundlas Consulting Group, where he leads architectural visioning, technical design oversight, and regulatory integration across complex building and infrastructure projects.
A Registered Architect in the State of New Jersey with nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Marshan has built a distinguished career shaping the built environment across commercial, industrial, residential, and transit-oriented developments. His work is defined by a rare versatility, combining high-performance design, constructability awareness, and disciplined regulatory compliance.
Mr. Marshan’s portfolio includes large-scale commercial and industrial facilities, such as a 150,000-square-foot logistics center, as well as complex transit-oriented developments including the Harrison TOD, where he coordinated more than 140 residential units and retail spaces within strict zoning and transportation authority requirements. His leadership required close coordination with engineers, planners, regulatory agencies, and construction teams to deliver ambitious, code-compliant design solutions.
In addition to new construction, Mr. Marshan brings specialized expertise in building restoration and structural longevity, having led façade rehabilitation, roof waterproofing, plaza preservation, and building envelope upgrades. Highly experienced in zoning compliance, life-safety codes, and construction administration, he ensures projects progress efficiently from concept through implementation while maintaining design integrity, regulatory alignment, and long-term durability.
