A licensed Professional Engineer with more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Singh brings deep expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design, building systems engineering, energy infrastructure, and construction coordination. His experience spans commercial developments, institutional facilities, public infrastructure, power and energy systems, and large-scale resiliency initiatives.
Mr. Singh has led the design and review of HVAC systems, electrical distribution networks, emergency and standby power systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), renewable energy installations, plumbing systems, fire protection coordination, and integrated building automation systems. He brings expertise in load calculations, system modeling, equipment selection, constructability review, and performance optimization for high-demand and mission-critical facilities.
His portfolio spans commercial and mixed-use developments, institutional facilities, power generation and grid hardening initiatives, renewable energy systems, and critical infrastructure upgrades. Proficient in cost validation and design-phase budgeting methodologies, including RSMeans, Mr. Singh ensures compliance with applicable building codes, ICC standards, NFPA requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
