Arsh Multani serves as Senior Project Manager – Hazard Mitigation & Federal Recovery Strategy at Kundlas Consulting Group, where he leads the integration of field operations, regulatory compliance, and federal funding strategy across disaster recovery and resilience programs.
Operating at the intersection of technical execution and federal grant development, Mr. Multani brings a distinctive “field-to-finance” perspective to Kundlas Nexus™. He translates on-the-ground disaster conditions into structured, policy-aligned, and cost-effective federal applications designed to withstand FEMA technical, financial, and audit scrutiny.
Mr. Multani most recently served as a FEMA Site Inspector during DR-4827 (Hurricane Helene) recovery efforts in North Carolina. In this high-tempo post-disaster environment, he conducted detailed damage assessments, evaluated structural conditions, and supported temporary housing and recovery implementation efforts to ensure survivors had safe and compliant residences. His ability to convert complex field conditions into defensible FEMA project formulations strengthens Kundlas’ rapid deployment capabilities.
Beyond field deployment, Mr. Multani plays a leadership role in Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) development and federal funding strategy. He has contributed to structuring and advancing a mitigation portfolio exceeding $1 billion, including seismic retrofits, flood risk reduction initiatives, critical facility hardening, infrastructure protection, and community resilience projects. His work ensures that proposed mitigation measures are aligned with FEMA policy, floodplain management standards, engineering documentation requirements, and evolving federal program guidance. As a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and Project Management Professional (PMP), Mr. Multani integrates regulatory expertise with disciplined program execution, strengthening Kundlas’ ability to deliver technically defensible, audit-ready, and mission-aligned recovery outcomes.
