Sahil Multani serves as Senior Project Manager for the Construction Quality & Disaster Recovery Programs at Kundlas Consulting Group, where he leads field operations, construction quality oversight, and the execution of federally funded recovery initiatives.

With more than ten years of experience supporting FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Public Assistance (PA), and Temporary Housing missions, Mr. Multani brings extensive expertise in construction compliance, site inspections, residential elevation and reconstruction oversight, and mitigation program implementation. His work ensures that projects are technically sound, regulatory compliant, and audit-ready.

As a certified USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) professional, Mr. Multani applies federal construction quality control standards and disciplined oversight protocols to infrastructure and housing projects. He ensures alignment with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) quality management requirements, FEMA regulations, National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) standards, and applicable HUD and state-level compliance frameworks.

Within Kundlas Nexus™, Mr. Multani supports the full lifecycle of grant-funded projects, including engineering scope reviews, contractor coordination, damage assessments, quality verification, and field documentation management. His ability to bridge technical engineering requirements with construction execution strengthens Kundlas’ rapid deployment model and mission-ready delivery capabilities. Mr. Multani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and maintains Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM), and USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certifications.
