Mr. Multani is a disaster recovery and hazard mitigation professional with more than ten years of experience supporting federally funded recovery programs, including FEMA’s Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), Public Assistance (PA), and Temporary Housing missions. His experience includes site inspections, project management, and regulatory compliance for recovery and resilience initiatives, with a focus on residential elevation, reconstruction, and mitigation projects.
As a member of Kundlas Nexus™, Mr. Multani supports the full lifecycle of complex grant-funded projects, including technical damage assessments, engineering scope reviews, and coordination with federal, state, and local stakeholders. He brings extensive experience ensuring compliance with FEMA requirements, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), HUD regulations, and state floodplain management standards, enabling efficient, defensible, and audit-ready recovery outcomes.
Mr. Multani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine, and maintains Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) certifications.
