Sandeep Singh Kundlas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kundlas Consulting Group LLC, a HUBZone-certified professional services firm delivering engineering, construction management, disaster recovery, and program management solutions for federal, state, and local government clients. He holds a civil engineering background from Syracuse University and brings extensive experience supporting complex, federally funded programs across emergency management, hazard mitigation, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical operations.
Mr. Kundlas has led and supported large-scale recovery and mitigation initiatives under FEMA programs including Public Assistance (PA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), and Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), as well as related infrastructure and resilience efforts for state and local agencies. His expertise spans program execution, engineering coordination, regulatory compliance, benefit-cost analysis, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on audit-ready delivery in highly regulated environments.
Under his leadership, Kundlas has developed an integrated delivery model that emphasizes technical rigor, rapid deployment, and recovery and resilience outcomes across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through construction oversight, closeout, and compliance support.
