Sandeep Singh Kundlas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kundlas Consulting Group LLC, a HUBZone-certified professional services firm delivering engineering, construction management, disaster recovery, and program management solutions for federal, state, and local government clients. He holds a civil engineering background from Syracuse University and brings extensive experience supporting complex, federally funded programs across emergency management, hazard mitigation, infrastructure resilience, and mission-critical operations.
Mr. Kundlas has led and supported large-scale infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery, and resilience initiatives across federal, state, and municipal programs. While experienced in FEMA Public Assistance (PA), Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP), and Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC), his leadership extends to broader public-sector infrastructure efforts involving transportation systems, critical facilities, energy resilience, environmental remediation, and capital improvement programs. His expertise spans strategic program execution, multidisciplinary engineering coordination, regulatory compliance, benefit-cost analysis, funding alignment, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong emphasis on disciplined, audit-ready delivery in highly regulated environments.
